Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the apparel items you wish to return to receive a unique RMA number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn clothing and any accessories back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

  Ship to Christchurch

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for security.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our Christchurch team receives and inspects the garment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
